Number of reserved tickets = actual number in the party

Beitrag von thomasami » Mittwoch 9. Mai 2012, 03:35

I would like to make a reservation, but 2 people in my party are not sure if they can make it.

If I make a reservation for 6 people, but only 4 show up, is that a problem?

regards,
Thomasami

No, I think that would be no problem.

It's just a pitty for the two who do not get the opportunity to see the exibition!

Hallo Thomas,

Its definitely a problem for those two who will not be able to enjoy the fabulous Miniatur Wunderland.

Otherwise, everybody can fall sick at short notice. That said, overbooking ie. reserving for more people that you need is not going to help the management of the reservation system nor the Miwula.

Its not fair to make a reservation you don't need, so that - say - I cannot come that morning.

Thanks for the quick answer.

So is there a way to cancel or change a reservation once it has been made?

Hi Thomas,

So, you want to pursuade your friends to come and see the Miwula, but they'd rather go to a soccer match in their home town?

I am not associated with the Miwula management, just a fan, but in your shoes, I would take out two reservations, and obtain two reservation numbers, one for the four people you are sure will be going, and one for another group of two.

And as soon as I would know that the two would rather go for a beer than for a visit to the Miniatur Wunderland, I would electronically cancel that particular reservation. All information is in the confirmation of reservation you receive.

Do show your friends the general five minute introduction video of the Miwula and I am sure they'll go.
