There is no reason why this will interest anyone except me, but I'm very excited and wanted to post about it somewhere. So...

One week from now I will be back in Miniatur Wunderland! I last visited in November 2019 and have been counting the days until I can return. I will be arriving on Sunday and see that Miniatur Wunderland is open until midnight on the day I land - perfect!

I am travelling to Hamburg to see Miniatur Wunderland (of course) and also do a quick tour of "Beatles sites" in the city before catching the train to Munich 2 days later. Absolutely can't wait!

Date: Saturday 19 September 2020
Charge about 50 €, may be a little less.
For this money you will get:
-Entrance Fryday from about 1:00 p.m.
-Entrance Saturday complete day
-Entrance Sunday complete day
-"Lunch" = curry sausage + french fries + drink on Saturday (only)
-Dinner including drinks (Coke, Beer) on Saturday (only)
-Meeting with the management, it will tell us the last news
-And the highlight: Saturday night (12 p.m) we will be the only 50 guests and we will be allowed to walk were we want (also backstage of the layout) for about 1 hour.

It seems, you are loving the MiWuLa as much as we do. That means, you are one of us

Yes, my ships will be in MiWuLa, too. We are four shipmodellers with a special permission to play with our ships and we are happy like children to do that. Have a look into YouTube: My channel is named " mikromodell.eu " and the one of Sascha is " Nordostseewoche". There you can get an impression of our fun.

Hope you will attend in September. Unfortunately the prices for hotels are quite high. The last years we used to stay in IBIS budget, Amsickstraße. The new hotel Premer Inn in Bismarckstraße has sometimes good offerings. Nevertheless, accomodation in Hamburg is quite expensive.

But as a scotsman be careful! In September at "MFM" there are round about 40 - 50 nice friends waiting for your arrival ...!
However - come and see. You and all interested friends can book for this event => here => "Anmeldung" (sorry, German language only).

You need a couple of postings, after this they will be released automatically/immediately. Unfortunately I don't know how many postings you need, may be about 10 or 20.

I tried to reply to this a couple of days ago from my iPad (while I was still in Germany) but it gave me an error so I don't think it worked. If it's just being slow then I might end up with a double post.

I will post more often so should be approved for instant posting soon. Also, I am trying to learn German so should be able to contribute at some basic level in the main forum, too. Thanks for the tip about the correct way to include photos. I am learning...
